1.2 按开启分类
1.2.1平开门 side hung door ：合页（铰链）装于门侧面、向内或向外开启的门。
1.2.2 弹簧门 single or double acting door ：弹簧合页（铰链）装于侧面、可单向或双向开启的门。

不得用词：自由门、自关门。
1.2.3 推拉门：单扇、双扇或多扇向左右推拉的门。
1.2.4 格栅推拉门 sliding grating door ：以多片（根）栅条组成向左右推拉的门。
1.2.5 侧悬式折叠门 side hung folding door ：用合页（铰链）连接多扇折叠开启的门。
1.2.6 侧挂式折叠门 side guide folding door ：用导轨及合页（铰链）连接门扇折叠开启的门，导轨在门扇上方外侧。
1.2.7 中挂式折叠门 middle guide folding door
用导轨及合页（铰链）连接门扇折叠开启的门，导轨在门扇上方中部。

1.2.8 上翻门：装有滑轴、水平轨道和平衡装置能上翻的门。
1.2.9 折叠上翻门 folding tip-up door： 门扇可以折叠并向上翻起的门。
1.2.10 提升门 lever gear door ：单扇或双扇可上下升降的门。
1.2.11 卷门 rolling door ：用页片、栅条、网格组成，可向左右、上下卷动的门。
1.2.12 转门 revolving door ：单扇或多扇沿竖轴转动的门。
1.2.13 自动门 automatic door ：用各种信号控制自动开关的单扇、双扇或多扇的门。
1.2.14 偏心门 di-axis door ：利用偏心作用沿竖轴或侧轴可自关的门。
1.2.15 固定门 fixed door ：门扇不能开启的门。
